I recently stopped into my local GNC to discover that they’ve come out with their own new comprehensive, wholesome line of products called Earth Genius! My diet has been a little iffy between the end of summer and some big life changes, so this seemed like a no brainer. It’s the perfect supplement to make sure you’re getting the vitamins and nutrients that you need to have a balanced diet.
It comes in a delicious mixed berry flavor and is seriously loaded with goodness. It’s packed with 35 different superfood ingredients plus protein. It also includes a prebiotic and enzymes to support healthy digestion. Just checking out the ingredient list makes it evident just how good this superfood powder is – there isn’t a single one that I don’t recognize! It’s packed with whole foods fruits, veggies, greens, sprouts, and beans. It also includes a blend of adaptogenic mushrooms and 6 g of vegetarian, plant-based protein. Basically it’s loaded! They suggest mixing the powder into water, making it super easy to take. I also found it to be a delicious addition to smoothie on the go.
So what’s the consensus? I’m a big Earth Genius fan! I really loved the Superfoods Supreme. It’s such an easy and delicious way to balance out my diet and pack in those superfoods.
